INDIVIDUAL WELLBEING
HRV ASSESSMENTS INCLUDE;

Initial consultation session explaining Heart Rate Variability (HRV)and the correct application of the (HRV) device

Measurement of all activity for 3 - 5 days and nights with the HRV monitor and personal mobile diary

Follow up session which includes personal feedback and individual report from one of our HRV specialists. This session includes coaching on how to make positive changes to improve results and an action plan moving forward.

Impact Measurement - clients wear the monitor and are assessed a second time to measure the impact their personal lifestyle changes have made to their well-being, stress and recovery.
