PROF. JOHN NEAL

Managing Director

John is the Head of Coach Development for the England and Wales Cricket Board and Managing Director of Neal Training. Prior to his role with the ECB, John worked across elite sport as a Performance Coach for a range of international and professional rugby and football teams. John is also a Professor of Practice at Ashridge Business School, working with senior leadership of multinational corporations to improve their resilience and performance under pressure.

ROSS NEAL

Business Development and HRV Delivery

Ross is a professional rugby player with Wasps RFC. Ross has played professional rugby for five years, also playing for London Irish and London Scottish rugby clubs before signing for Wasps this year. Outside of rugby, Ross has two years of experience facilitating Heart Rate Variance feedback sessions, drawing on his experience of performing in elite sporting arenas to help participants better understand their own responses to pressure.

CAROLINE HITCHEN

Company Secretary and HRV Delivery

Caroline has been company secretary of Neal Training for 30 years. Prior to working at Neal Training, Caroline was HR Director of Biffa Waste Services and now also runs her own employment law consultancy. Caroline is an accredited British School of Meditation teacher and HRV specialist, and has worked with clients in the UK, Middle East and Continental Europe . Caroline utilises this vast range of experiences to help participants manage their physiology to improve their wellbeing.

STUART PICKERING

HRV Specialist

Stuart is Head of Sports Business at Ashridge Executive Education. Before working at Ashridge, Stu worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach for Worcester Warriors, Gloucester Rugby and England Women, as well as several roles within the English Institute of Sport. Stuart uses his vast knowledge of both performance and physiology to help participants on programmes better understand their responses to pressure and stress.

MAX NEAL

Heart Rate Variance Technical Lead

Max is an Adjunct Professor at Hult International Business School lecturing in Psychology and Neuroscience. Max has worked with clients in the UK, US, Middle East and Continental Europe providing technical services and delivery of HRV interventions. Max is the technical lead for Heart Rate Variance monitoring at Neal Training, providing the technical and neuroscientific underpinnings of our approach to behaviour change and wellbeing.

LINDA MURRAY

WELLBEING AND HRV DELIVERY

Linda has worked for over 25 years as a well-being coach, mentor, teacher and NLP practitioner. Her work has included close partnerships with Public Health teams in local authority and NHS practitioners to reverse the ill effects of obesity on people’s health and long-term diabetes prevention. As a weight loss, well-being and HRV specialist she has helped 1000’s of clients to make the positive steps necessary to change their lives and live a healthier future.

CAROL JONES

WELLBEING and

HRV Delivery Specialist

Carol has over 30 years of experience working for a leading global weight loss and well being company. She has held multiple positions including Coach, Senior Operations Manager and Head of a UK Training Department. Carol is skilled in successfully supporting and enabling clients to make positive changes to their lifestyle and improving overall health. She also specialises in mapping the Customer experience journey, mindfulness, building healthy habits and is a trained HRV delivery specialist for World Class Wellbeing
