WORLD CLASS
CORPORATE WELLBEING
Corporate wellbeing starts with the individual
Did you know that 40% of wellbeing is determined by lifestyle choices?

Based on a 24h Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis, World Class Wellbeing connects the dots between lifestyle and wellbeing and motivates individuals to make changes for the better.
The assessment is a 3-5 day physiological snapshot of everyday life: work, sleep and leisure time. Enabling your employees to learn how to manage stress, sleep better, and exercise optimally, will help them feel more energetic, focused and perform better.
OUR CORPORATE PACKAGE TYPICALLY INCLUDES;

-
Introductory information session for participating employees and fitting the heart rate variability (HRV) monitor. The introductory session explains how HRV monitoring works which helps them to understand their own response to stress.
-
Participants wear the monitor which records daily activity for 3-5 days and nights and they record their daily activity in an online diary.
-
In the second session participants are given a Lifestyle Assessment Report with personal feedback and a coaching session on the individual report from one of our HRV specialists. This session includes information and insights about how to make positive changes to improve results and an action plan moving forward.
-
In order to understand the physical effect of changes made following the first assessment, we can arrange for participants to wear the monitors for a second time 3 to 6 months later as an impact measurement to physically record the impact their personal (and collective) lifestyle changes have made to their stress and recovery.
Our World Class Wellbeing Programme is flexible and we can adapt it to a bespoke programme to address the needs of your organisation and employees.

Our basic course is run over
2 x 2 hour sessions, or we can design a bespoke modular programme run over the course of a year.
